Bouquets may arrive in bud or with fewer open flowers than shown to prevent damage during delivery. Ensuring the longest possible flowering period at home. All bouquets are delivered in our Signature gift boxes, protected by bio-degradable wrap, tied with a ribbon. Our substitution policy guarantees that if any specific flowers in your order are unavailable, they will be replaced with alternatives of equal or greater value to maintain the bouquet’s quality and appearance. This ensures you still receive a beautiful arrangement even when certain flowers are out of stock.
